What We Do
NSSA deconstructs complex systems with first principles, from technical architecture to business logic, from organizational behavior to cognitive models.
The site spans five core areas: Business, Technology, Psychology, Workplace, and History. They are different lenses on the same problem: how complex systems actually work.
About the Author
A network engineer by profession with extensive experience in network infrastructure. Currently focused on artificial intelligence, especially AI agents, large language models, and practical engineering workflows.
I also write about business, psychology, workplace dynamics, and history because technical systems rarely exist alone. They sit inside organizations, incentives, people, and time.
Editorial Approach
NSSA articles are written as working notes for people who need to understand systems, not just consume news. The focus is on causality, constraints, tradeoffs, and operational consequences.
Technical posts draw on hands-on infrastructure experience and ongoing AI engineering practice. Business and workplace essays use the same systems lens to explain incentives, decision paths, and failure modes.
